Car Troubles Pt. 3
A fresh VG30DE with about 40K miles on it is going to be thrown into my car. This makes me happy =]
It’s always a good talk with my cousin.
His 240 is making progress and it even has a push-to-start ignition.
“NOS? You got NOS? So what you’re telling me is that you don’t gots NOS? But I’ll pay you back with interest and NOS. Should I put in a 2JZ w/ NOS?”
Car Troubles Pt. 2
In all joking manner, I did NOT wreck my first car as expected. I just fucked up that gorgeous VG30DE. I suppose this car shall now be a project car depending on whether there’s still chance of it being quickly fixed or not.

So this morning I was running late for class. As I was about to take that oh so hectic exit out of the freeway I noticed a bunch of smoke coming out of my hood. Seeing as I still had to make it to class, I drove like that all the way down McKinley and past Blackstone with smoke going all over the place. I parked and left it dying all alone and it probably got laughed at by all of the passing college students. Then, like a moron, after Art class I decided to go out and eat. Thing was doing perfectly fine until I was just about at the place where I was gonna eat. This time it began to make strange noises. I popped up the hood and besides the smoke, there was motor oil all over the place. Next thing I know, car doesn’t want to start up anymore.
Now, I asked Dad if he knows what’s up. He told me that the engine heads are probably done.
I really need my car to be in running condition again soon. Especially considering I’m basically all over the place.
Wow, I have absolutely no working headlights, just a dim fog light. There’s probably a short somewhere that resulted from when I took out my subs when I sold them. Not a good idea to still leave some of the wires hanging around I guess.
Well this blows.
